Hi everyone.
Im very excited to post the pics to my new table. Special thanks to the Naked Whiz; his plans worked like a charm.
All of the wood I used is pine, and I used a Varathane finsih on it (I had some left over from my wooden floors that I refinshed this summer). Top planks have about 5-6 coats, and the rest around 3-4. Ill revarnish it next summer. Used the thinner fire bricks, and got them nice and flush with the rest of the table.
Id like to integrate a drawer as a another egger has posted on here as well. Seem very handy for plate setter, and pizza stone etc, unless you suggest keeping this stuff inside over the winter.
First cook were plain old hamburgers, but they turned out great. Love the temp control, its unreal!!
So far, Im a happy camper.
