First Pizza

I followed advice and purchased pizza dough at a Houston establishment called "Star Pizza" - in fact, one whole wheat and the other white. I did not have a chance to take a picture of the pepperoni, green bell pepper and mushroom pizza (on the white crust) but here is a snap of spinach and garlic on whole wheat. Pigasso, Now you know. I can't think of anything I like better than egged Zah. One of my favorites is:[p]White-Wheat crust coated with:
soft goat cheese (Chavrie)
chopped frozen spinach (drained)
chopped sun dried tomato
topped off w/mozzarella

Here is one of my favorite pizzas:
rub dough with olive oil
goat cheese
pre-caramelized onions
yellow peppers
smoked oysters
red pepper flakes (not too much)
