As far as the weather goes we have been experiencing freezing overnight lows and 60-70's for highs.

For leaves I have a back pack blower that blows 200mph in to my neighbors yard. :woohoo:

Here I have a tree that drops long kind of like pine needles onto gravel. Not hard to rake tile you get to the very thin layer. Most of where I live we don't have grass and I'm glad of it. LOL
