Starting to line up recipes for thanksgiving. going to have 20 people over for day after Thanksgiving. Ordered a 22 pound bird for the meal. I am going to brine the bird. Do I need to do this large a bird more than 24 hours?

  • Over night is what do, or late afternoon to the next morning when I start cooking. Good luck, Dave in Plumas County
