Chicken wings

Any one slow cook their chicken wings and can I get any other wing ide as I got 10 lbs to cook in about 1 hour :woohoo:

If you want them to taste like deep fried Buffalo wings, this recipe works great.

I've used this recipe on the Egg twice, and they were the best wings I've made on the Egg. They rival the best fried wings I've ever had. -
I cook mine @ 350-375 as high un the dome as I can, indirect. They cook in 90 min or less and turn out very crispy. I don't open the dome and never flip.
My buddy uses his XL, cooks at grid level over his platesetter at 250, leaves them on for 2hrs or more and gets the same results. He has to be careful not to get any wings out over the edge of the platesetter or they burn.
We both get a lot of really awesome wings so either way works.
