Car Wash Mike, i made most of the accessories: the pizza stone is from Daven's ceramic place in Atlanta, the platesetter i made from a 9" pizza stone, the ring was made for me at work (thanks to YB)

That's a nice setup, Chef Arnoldi, but I am curious about one thing. Why is it in a stand instead of sitting on its 3 feet on the table? Julie

J Appledog, the mini was wobbeling in the metal stand, so i glued it in to the stand with silicone glue- and take it on vacations that way as one unit. I personally don't like the ceramic feet, as the egg can fall off easily, a paver stone would be more suitable.
