I bought two aluminum peels for transfering to and from my small & large BGE. I am having trouble getting the pizza to slip off the peel unto the pizza stone. I have used corn starch with no luck and I seem to lose part of the pizza each time I do it. Any sugeestions? Iuse a platesetter on the large to raise the level. Thanks for the tips!!

Kilo,
Use corn meal not corn starch, jiggle the pizza on the peel a couple of times while building it to make sure it still moves..HTH[p]Wess
