I followed your constructions for the Chipotle-Raspberry Pork Loin today on a 2 pounder. Cooked for about 45 minutes at 400 (after searing all 6 sides) and pulled at 145 internal. 140 would have gone against my instincts....I'll have to 'ease' into that temp maybe next time. Man, that's good eats. [p]If any of you haven't tried it yet, you won't be disappointed with it.
