Hey all!
Hope you guys are doing well, i haven't been around for a few weeks. Busy with work and the boy. Ryan is 8 months now and had is first holloween! Sort of. He fell asleep before it really started. Anyways, both set of grandparents & his aunt were visiting a few weeks ago and i made LC's pork roulade, homemade bread, spatchcock chicken and 10 baked taters on both eggs.

Bread on small. Last time the bottom was burnt. This time backed off temps from 450 to 400 turned our perfect.

Seared the roulade..

Sorry, no pics of the finished meal. The crowd was protesting for food...The meal was fantastic. Thanks to LC for the recipe, although i confess this is like the 3 or 4th time i've made it.
Last night made a fantastic steak, lobster and red potatoe dinner.

seared the steak first

potatoes on, then when they were almost done let the steaks finish roasting.

Took that off then threw the tails on, just until the tails curled.

Plated.

Thanks for looking! I'll be making my first MM Turkey for thanksgiving so i'm sure i'll be back in a few weeks with questions and maybe some more pics! Seeya!
