Anybody got a good idea for fixing some shrimp and scallop kabobs for dinner tonight?[p]

    Mark Backer,[p]Can't say that I've done this with scallops, but I'm sure it would work as well as with the shrimp. [p]Make a basting sauce out of Tsunami spin and butter. Baste the scallops and shrimp with the sauce. Wrap each with prosciutto, skewer cook and occasional baste through the cook.[p]Remember the tip give withing the week to use TWO skewers - it helps when flipping, keeping all the pieces in the same position.
