I see several people have asked about Turduckens and your post turns up. However, I know you and Sydney made some improvements at Waldorf. Would you mind expounding and sharing with us on your Turducken lasagna idea and that FANTASTIC gravy you made at Waldorf. We are thinking of making it on our visit to MA this Thanksgiving and any tips would be appreciated....
