I am looking for help from all of you EGGHEADS out there... I am going to be cooking a 13 lb. Ham for Christmas Dinner and was wondering what temp., how long, and what kinds of wood would you recommend to add a little ' flava ' ... I made the mistake of cooking the thanksgiving bird on the egg and sharing it with the family... now the secret is out and I have been elected to cook all of the holiday meals.... thats OK, it gives me more time to " bond " with my egg. Thanks for the help.
