Well folks, using my eggsperience, I'll be cooking 18 racks-o-ribs and 10 whole chickies in the morning. Won't be on a Egg or anything green because even the XL won't handle a bunch of dead farm animals like this monster. I will be using the enormous smarts of this forum though to complete the job at hand. I've used them all, but this is the place is where I ended up at. That should speak volumes to the seasoned backyard chef. I reckon I just need to buy more Eggs. ;>)
