Shoo Fly Pie Recipe

I am after a great Shoo Fly Pie recipe that I could bake on the egg. Anyone willing to give one up? I have tried two recipes so far that were like eating floured dirt. They didn't have enough moisture in them. Yuck!

Too funny. This is one that I tried and it didn't taste like the great ones I have had in PA. It was too dry and not very sweet.
