mechanically tenderized brisket ??

This morning I picked up a brisket and somehow I allowed the butcher to put it through a mechanical meat tenderizer -- a huge machine with little pins or knives -- before I walked out. Has anybody done this before? Should I change anything in the cook? Thanks!

Hi ovo, I wouldn't change a thing with the cook. The machine he used is like a Jaccard Meat Tenderizer. I would cook it to the same internal temperature you normally do.
