Hi All,
My son has decided that he wants lobster for his birthday dinner tonight. The wife bought a whole frozen lobster, I know fresh would have been better. I have no idea how to cook this on the BGE. Can someone tell be how to prepare it and what temp and method to use. Thanks !

Looks good Tim.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd.

If it's frozen, was it pre-cooked?
The lobsters we get up north are best steamed or boiled (IMHO). In warmer waters it's mostly just the tail that gets cooked and I've seen lots of posts here on those cooks. oop- I just went back and saw links to some great cooks posted already. LC's is a great tutorial!
