Go to the search forum and look for Turducken. Several people have done them including Mad Max who has done a Turducken lasagna which was deeelicious....good luck.

Thanks Kim, great link. We will be taking a mental health day tommorrow down here in Fla.to cook our birds. Will let you know how we did.

Divisionbob, just my 02 but I think you will need to cook at a higher temp, around 325/350, due to the size of your bird. I’m afraid at your temps the stuffing and other birds inside will be in the danger zone for much too long and could cause some problems.
I cook several 17# birds a year at around 325 and never have any problem. Good luck and enjoy your turducken.

I do not use any smoke as the stuffing tends to gather it.
Did one awhile back and Placed in large BGE 350°F, platesetter legs up, NO SMOKE! 15 pound bird, 20 minutes/pound if defrosted. Internal temperature 160°F. This bird took 5 hours.
