BTW, I used Witchy Red on my last two tri-tips and I may never go back to DP Red Eye Express for them again. Out of this world!

Thanks Judy! BTW last night I egged a pork loin which I treated with a whetting of Worcheshire sauce to hold the Witchy Red to the meat and then hit with some Kosher salt and smeared with some yellow French's. About an hour later after indirect it was 143° internal. Sliced and served with some warmed Blue's Hog Tenn Red sauce as a finishing sauce along with an acorn squash section filled with maple syrup and pecan nuts! Talk about a simple, but wonderful meal made for memories!!!
