Rack of Lamb Dinner

I finally moved my new small onto the upper balcony. It is going to be fun having 2 eggs there to cook on.

Appetizer stuffed mushrooms:

Racks of lamb smeared with dijon mustard, fresh crushed garlic, fresh rosemary, bread crumbs and S&P.

Crash potatoes - cooked til they were crunchy on the bottom:

Cooked some Sea Bass while the lamb was resting:

Perfect!

Faith after you baked the potato's about how much longer did they take to crisp up on the bottom? What kind of potato is used just a baking potato? -
Looks wonderful as usual Faith. I love lamb and the crash potatoes have become a favorite also :woohoo:

LDD, those were baby bella mushrooms,I removed the stems and chopped them finely and mixed them in with some fresh pesto sauce, topped with grated romano cheese. Egged 20 minutes.Happily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 5 eggs. Call me crazy, everyone else does!

Tim, I used red potatoes, and boil them. I oiled the tinfoil in the pan first, then crushed up the potatoes, sprinkled with Adobo, rosemary, S&P. The egg was 400 dome (direct) and they took 1/2 hour or so - I like them with a slight crunch on the bottom.Happily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 5 eggs.
