Had a get together last night for the UFC fight (poor Brock, being one dimensional finally cost him). Started indirect at 350 and put on a cored cabbage stuffed with sauteed bacon, onions, and jalapenos, topped with BBQ sauce and butter. After half an hour added some cream cheese and garlic bacon wrapped jalapeno halves. Meanwhile I fired up my mini to grill some red and green peppers and got a pot of beer simmering on the propane sideburner. Put the grilled peppers in the beer and added the bratwurst. Meanwhile the wife was inside rolling the lil smokies inside cresent rolls and putting the hot dogs on the electric hot dog roller. After the jalapenos and cabbage finished I removed the platesetter, upped the temp to 400 and moved the brats from the beer to the egg. Grilled them nice, transferred them back to the beer, and took them inside to serve. All came out amazing.
