    It all looks good. Is the trout dried?
    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd.

    Molly, I got a Blues Hogg bottle as a present, just had it on porky, see you are using it on chicken & it looks really great can just imagine the taste yum!! What else have you put it on??

    Not sure what you mean Mickey. I cured it, rinsed, air dried for an hour then smoked.
