We've all encountered road rage at some time in our driving life. We may have even been the one enraged. With increased traffic, cell phones, texting, and a thousand other distractions, drivers have become increasingly threatening to themselves and other drivers around them.

Even small towns and open roads are not immune to this phenomenon.

Check out the cities considered the worst of the lot.
