I just layed two butts on the Egg. Total weight:14.75 pounds.
Nice rubb, dome at 240, nice fire in the box. Going to feed the fellows Tuesday for Christmas lunch. Making some beef hash over rice, green beans and pulled pork. Will be some good eaten.[p]Jerry
