I've got two pork loins marinating...one in Caribbean Jerk and the other a maple/pepper rub....sweet potato is steaming....45 mins to go before Mrs. Piggy makes her debut!

You are so right about the forgiving nature of the BGE. From time to time, I have to use a gas grill for one reason or another. I have truely come to dread such occasions. Go BGE!![p]CampCook

Eggvis,[p]I do my sweet potatos on the EGG. Just slice up and put them on some heavy duty tin foil, throw some butter and brown sugar on them......seal up real tight and throw on EGG for 45 minutes....you'll love them. Paul
