Anybody tried this in their egg? It seems like it would be great so I'm going to give it a try. Any pointers would be appreciated.

    EggBB:[p]If you know how to cook it, it is great and allows for a lot of recipe creativity.[p]If you Google BGE you may find a thread or two from about three years ago regarding paella on the BGE. On The Kamado forum you can do a search and find threads on the subject as well.[p]Personally, I think it is more hassle than it is worth on a ceramic cooker. Plus, you have to have a pan that will fit your cooker. Sometimes the smaller pan requirement limits the number of servings available.[p]If you try it, please share your results.
