Image Gallery Thumbnails

I modified the server software slightly and regenerated all of the thumbnails in the gallery. They look much better now.[p]Please note: for now, I've disabled the image dimension check so that any size image can be uploaded. However, very large images (such as raw images from many digital cameras) are way to big for most people's screens.[p]I've resized all of the images currently out there to 640x480 (which is still pretty big,) and, will periodically resize very large images -- might even work out a way to modify the software again to do it automagically.[p]Please note, there is still an image file size limit of 2 Meg -- i.e. regardless of dimension, no image larger than two megabytes will be accetped.[p]Happy posting,[p]WMK.

WMK, ok my pix are too big but they still look good. If you can resize them automagically it would be great but if not then a few recommendations as to proper sizes would be appreciated. What size do you think best? 640x480? 480x360? I'll resize my next entries.
