Gotta thank you again for your T-rex recipe. Did them this week too (intentionally from the get go too) for my brother in law and myself. He wanted to see if the trouble was worth it. [p]1.5 inch ribeyes, 80 sec/side at 800, 20 min off, then 2:45 per side at 400 was med-rare and perfection. He said the sear made for the best exterior he'd had. [p]You should get a quarter each time someone does a steak that way. Then you'd be set!![p]
