Glad I got ya thinking about it. We had leftover turkey pot pie last night... much more enjoyable than leftover Thanksgiving dinner in my opinion.[p]Oh, I don't pre-cook any vegetables. That hour and fifteen in the oven takes care of all that. The bottom line for me with this dish is SIMPLICITY. ;-)[p]Glad ya'll enjoyed it!
