I have tried to look in the archives and recipe section for the recipe for Raspberry Chipotle sauce to no avail. I would like to try the Pork Tenderloin wrapped in bacon and marinated in the Raspberry Chipotle sauce. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, Paul

    Midnight Smoker,

Here is one from the Ugly Brother's site.........[p] Amount Ingredient Preparation Method
    18 oz Hunts BBQ Sauce
16 oz. Knotts seedless Raspberry Preserves
    8 oz white vinegar
6 canned Chipotles en adobo chopped extremely fine
    3 TBS garlic crushed
    1/2 stick sweet butter [p]
Mix all over low-med heat and simmer until all are well mixed. This sauce is sweet and hot so you don't need too much! If you plan on using this sauce please assign a designated driver!![p]Rick[p][p]

Midnight Smoker,[p]If you have access to a Cosco in your area, they carry Fischer & Wieser Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce. I'm not sure where else it is sold, but if you can find it it's really good. I'm thinking of trying Lawn Ranger's pork tenderloings this weekend, too. [p]Paul

My Costco does not carry that stuff, but it can be found at www.jelly.com, and it is goooooooooooooood stuff.
