Well, seems like most of us had great success in yesterdays insanity. I cooked my first bird and even though it took 45 mins longer than I expected, It truly was the best ever. After some plumbing issues (clogged sink)...fun was had by all...Thanks to everyones posts helping us newbies out. I sure am glad to be part of such a great family. Can't wait 'til next Eggtoberfest in ATL....[p]Eggvis
