Hello all...looking for input...I am about to v-rack a honey brined bird..16 lbs...I am asking for input for the drip pan and cavity of the bird. I plan on basting with broth from the giblets and dry vermouth. I am also planning on 325 for about 3 1/2 hours...and taking the bird off at about 170degrees (carryover cooking till about 180). If anyone can see a recipe for disaster before I begin, please let me know
Any suggestions on the cavity and drip pan would help too
[p]Thanks much I love this forum!
