Spatchcock Turkey

So, not doing a twenty pounder like everyone else. Being A bachelor I got a 7.5 turkey. Was thinking with a bird this small doing a spatchcock type turkey... [p]So here is the question... should I do it like a chicken or is there something I should take into consideration esp. temp?[p]Of course trying this new type of cooking adventure I would appreciate any help, tips, advice, blessings, prayers, or meditative mantras.[p]Thanks all in advance…
