Pizza and Chocolate Chip/Bacon Cookies

The wife is heading to Dominican Rep. for a week so I told her I would fix anything she wanted on the Egg.
Pizza it is
Made a couple of changes in the last few pizza cooks and they have really been coming out well.
First,I have been bringing the temp down and now cook the pies at 550-600 dome temp. I was running full steam before. Letting the stone get good and hot has really helped. Going easier on the toppings, big big help.
After the pies, we put on some cookies. We tried these at NiEggara but I don't know who to give credit, sorry. They were excellent and hope you can post your recipe. We kind of winged it, with the wife's cookie recipe and added the bacon. Yum
Some pics
Pie ready to go

First one off

Second one done

On to the cookies

Should have let the stone cool a little more. They got a little overdone on the bottom. But they reminded me of my mom's
(sorry mom)

These are really good and I hope you try them
Thanks for looking

Shane,
Nice looking pies bud! Are you using a pizza pan. If so, try one right on the stone.

These are done on parchment till set(about 4 min)
Then the paper is removed. The pan is just for serving.

Great looking pizzas. Someone made those cookies at EggWegoFest last weekend and they were so good. Almost to hot to eat straight from the egg. Was wishing I had a glass of ice cold milk to go along with them.

Thanks Molly
