too brown!!!!!!!
My Turkey has only been on for 40 minutes and the wings and legs are already too brown. I am cooking with a turkey stand, pan of wine and a cup of wet apple chips. Help. I covered the top of the bird with aluminum foil to slow it down. Any suggestions.

Larry, cover your wings and legs w/foil. Temp??? Too hot??? Lower the temp to 300° or so.
