Turkey Breast Question
I lost my BGE cookbook with my added notes from over the years. [p]I am smoking 3 turkey breast. Don't I figure 15 minutes @ 325 for the largest breast or smallest? Or am I crazy?

Joe, best to use an internal thermometer and check ALL the breasts. The smallest 'may' get done first. You are in the ballpark with temp and time.
