Well, my first big cooking day has almost arrived. I have about 20 guests arriving for the first time at my house. [p]I bought my large BGE in July and have cooked many great meals since. Tomorrow will have a 21 pound turkey and a 9 pound butt on the menu. Several other small dishes will be served as well, most of which I learned about and how to cook from all of you out there.[p]
