Turkey Breast on the Egg

I have done turkey breasts in the past, but didn't record my technique and time in my log. Can someone give me an idea of how long to cook a turkey breast? My previous endeavors followed the Naked Whiz techniqe w/ Montreal Steak Seasoning and olive oil and 325 cooking temp. These were all smaller breasts (5-6 lbs.)and cooked fairly quickly. Tommorrow's cook will be a 10 pounder (wonder what the whole bird weighed) and I need a good time frame for expected dinner time of 1 PM. Also, what temp should I set the Polder for? Thanks in advance, and Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. May all your birds turn out perfectly. If anyone wants to e-mail suggestions rather than posting, go ahead. Easier for me to get answers quickly.

Buxwheat, Cook indirect at about 325 degrees. Should take
around 10 to 15 minutes per pound to reach internal temp.
of 162 degrees. Hope it turns out delicious!

Halothane Hank,[p]Thanks, Hank, I ended up cooking the 10 lber for 3.5 hrs @ 325-350. I added a cup of apple juice to the drip pan during the last 45 mins. It's wrapped up in foil and towels in the cooler. I'll let you know how it turned out when I carve it. By the way, I haven't used Halothane in over ten years. Sevoflurane rocks! Never tried cooking with it on the egg, though.
