It is a rather bizzare assemblage of a boneless chicken encased inside a boneless duck, which is then encased in side a boneless turkey. Thankfully, you can buy them already boned and assembled. I take it that making a turducken is sort of like rebuilding an engine. You might do it once to learn how, but after that, you'd probably let the experts do it for you. :-)[p]TNW
