First Ribs this Fall

I started my first batch of ribs this fall (day 3, I believe) at about 2:00 this afternoon. My schedule was interrupted for my normal 3-1-1 routine so the cook has unfolded like this ...
2.5 hours indirect at 250
3.0 hours wrapped at 200
now working on about an hour direct with sauce and, despite the lack of attention, they look reeeeaaaaallll good. Pics later.

BTW, I'll be having some of these for lunch tomorrow and vac-packing some for tailgating at the NCSU game next Saturday. Go Pack!!!
