Belated Thanks for NiEggara Fest

I know there have been many posts earlier in the week for the wonderful Eggfest in Canada last Saturday. We took some time to travel and I'm just getting settled back into 'normal' life.

Thanks to Tim and the entire crew up north! We had a blast. We didn't get to socialize at the fest as much as we'd liked because we were fortunate to have my sister and brother in law come and join us from Fort Worth and we wanted to see as much of the area as we could while we were all there.

That said, we will certainly be back for another one, thanks to the O'Sheas for their hospitality as cooking partners, hope to cross paths with you again.

And finally a thanks to Nick and Lakeshore Living ... Erin's lucky streak continues! She won the Chimnea at the Annapolis Eggfest and won a Small this year in Canada!!

I REALLY have to pace next time, there was sooo much food :laugh:

Setting an all day pace is very challenging at a fest with such good food! If you figure it out, share the secret!
