Quick Help Needed for 3/1/1.5 BB Ribs
I am smoking some ribs today for the Monday Night Football game tomorrow at Arrowhead. My question is should I cook the ribs all the way through the 3/1/1.5 system, or stop after the 3/1 and refridgerate and finish tommorrow before the game. I have to grill them to heat them up tommorrow anyway, I just don't want to dry them out. Thanks for the help in advance,[p]BB

Bullet Bob,[p]I cook mine 4 hours at home. About 10 minutes off egg seal with vac sealer, but may not be needed. Take out to Arrowhead and place in foil with apple juice/bbq sauce mixture for at least 1 hour.
Sauce if you need it the last 1/2 hour.[p]Have steak night once a year and this is the game. Hope to get the mini up to temps on a cold night.[p]CWM
