Flat Iron Chili - WOWSER - thanks Fidel

The other day Fidel suggested cutting a flat iron steak up into cubes and then browning the meat using flour. That I did and then made my usual pot of chili using Cin-Chili for the spices! I'm here to tell you that chili is delicious! It is thicker - almost like a heavy stew, but the texture of the tasty and tender flat iron makes it a winner! Thanks, Rod!
