Twice Baked Potatoes

Hello, I need a recipe for twice baked potatoes to go with my brined turkey I did yesterday. There was one on here earlier and I forgot to bookmark it or print it. Help Please! Thanks Alot

    <p />Brunomax,[p]2 large bakers
    Cook indirect at 400 until done.
    Mix
    1/4 cup milk
    1/4 cup miracle whip
    6 slices fried bacon (I cook mine with cherry wood via JDB)
    6 chopped green onions
    1 raw egg
    Shredded cheese as you please.[p]Spoon out bakers when done and add to mixture. Put all contents back into tater skins. I like to finish cooking direct at 225-225 for 30-45 minutes. This leaves a nice crisp tater skin.[p]Good luck,[p]CWM

  • Brunomax,[p]Let me know. Another thing that I do is bake taters. Spoon them out and save skins. Take spooned out taters and make garlic/mashed. Save the skin for tater skins on the egg.[p]CWM
