Tried another recipe in the Big Green Egg Cookbook Roasted Peaches with Pecan Praline Stuffing page 259 & Coffee Rubbed Pork Tenderloin with Peach BBQ Drizzle page 303. I must say it was delicious.
The Loins are prepped with the rub & ready for the Egg

This was a easy cook with awesome results. I'd highly recommend trying it.
