OK - so wife and kids remain at the beach on fall break with my Mother in law while I was up at 5:00AM working.... Anyway this evening was great though a little quiet (except for that Led Zeppelin & Rush on the stereo). Dinner tonight was Grilled Wild Coho Salmon with Mango Pineapple Strawberry Salsa!! And egged Sweet Potato &butter. Awesomeness!!

I made it once before for a dinner party and was great and had a hankering for it. Clearly, I can't take recipe credit it was an Emeril Food network one with 5 star ratings.
