what to do with rib tips??

so i have a ton of rib tips that i have from cutting my spares into st.louis style. what are you all doing with them. i suppose i can ccok them up to snack on or put in beans, but what else, do i cook these just like ribs and is the cook going to take about as long as a rack does??

I debone them and grind them up to make a fatty.

traditional sicilian style 'gravy' [spagetti sauce]

I put them in a pan with tequila,garlic,peppers and herbs and smoke with the ribs.

I cooked about 3# of them yesterday. Coated with rub, into the crock pot with a couple of diced onions, can of tomatoes and some garlic... couple of hours on high, Added a bottle of Stubbs pork marinade, 4 more on low.
Spicy with a bit of sweetness. Just for fun, I poured in half a bottle of Ole Ray's Kentucky Red Bourbon BBQ sauce... Even better! -

I like to smoke them and eat them or put them in chili or something. They take less time, but I like to cook them as long as possible and keep them moist. Then I will glaze with sauce and destroy them. I never glaze or sauce my ribs but I really like rib tips like this.
A fatty is a jimmy dean type breakfast sausage (or in this case ground up rib meat) that is usually stuffed with whatever (cheese, veg, more meat) and dusted with sauce and smoke for about 3 hours.
