I Grunted Tonight

I had a person at church giving away some great fresh plums and I could not resist making them into a grunt with a recipe I saw from Alton Brown. I dusted off the Griswald cast iron skillet and substituted the plums for the blackberries in this recipe.

I also used the old dutch oven and made a sausage and bean soup the wife wanted after looking at a Rachael Ray magazine. No broccoli rabe in the local Kroger so I substituted arugula at the end of the recipe.
