Well, we decided to give the T-rex a try again, if only by accident. I threw the steaks on too soon and the rest of dinner wouldn't be ready, so I quick looked up the recipe again and did it...[p]And they were the best steaks ever. Lighter on the salt this time but adding pepper and a rub from our butcher and they were perfect. [p]I guess that if at first you don't succeed thing is true.[p]Thanks T-Rex!
