Sweet baby Ray's Buffalo Chicken Marinade on Split Chicken Breasts, and a Sweet potato cut in 1/2" lengths and lightly dusted with Pumpkin Pie spice & spritzed with canola oil. Outstanding combo, and the buffalo chicken panini for breakfast (no photo) came in a very close 2nd place....
