Blackened Tilapia Okra and Corn

Another reason for more than one grill:
I cranked up one grill to 700 for some blackened tilapia and then cooked some okra, soaked in Italian dressing, on the other.


I cut some fresh sweet corn off the cobb and cooked it with butter, S&P. Not bad for a quick Friday dinner.
